Motorman HT-XXX Grease

HT-XXX grease are non soap based smooth structured greases having excellent ability to withstand
High Temperature and severe Shock Load conditions. These greases have excellent resistance to water
washout and don’t get affected by mild acids and alkalis. HT-XXX contains Molybdenum Disulphide
and therefore has high load bearing ability. They have good oxidation resistance and thermal stability for
use in both plain and anti frictional bearings. They are specially designed for girth gear applications;
where they are continuously exposed to high temperature and heavy load conditions. They have a very
high base oil viscosity and MOS2 as solid lubricant ;which facilitates formation of thick film even at
high temperature, preventing wear and tear of contact parts. It can lubricate satisfactorily at
temperatures up to 230 deg C and will not melt or soften at higher temperature.
